Welcome!

I'm creating this blog to keep myself and anyone else honest about their fitness and diet. I'm not a fitness guru, genius, or anything special. I am just someone who likes to keep myself motivated and help others.

I'm an IT guy who sits at a desk 8+ hours a day which makes it difficult to stay fit. Everyone in my department eats out on the daily and constantly bring in donuts (guilty pleasures) weekly. I was a high school athlete (days are long gone) and wish to be above the curve. I see people in my age group (27) and most of them are unfit and eat more than I would ever imagine in the buffet line.

I'm here to post hopefully daily quick motivational snippets and what I'm thinking so hopefully keep myself honest and keep you honest.
