I'm currently doing Shaun T.'s Insanity program by beachbody. I started out at 216 (6'4) and in 9 days I'm getting close to dropping under 200. I'm very happy with the results, the workouts, and his motivation.
Key #1 to my success thus far is my diet. Diet is 60-70% of your success, the rest lies in actually working out and keeping yourself honest. Keep a strong diet, and your success will further.
