Friday Morning Protein Shake
I made a shake this morning with a little boost to help get me through the day.
Vanilla Whey Protein, Soy Milk, a touch of Chocolate, a little Coffee and bam Cappuccino shake! Skip that morning starbucks for something healthier, cheaper, and in my opinion...tastier!
